Challenge

Why this had to be built this way.

Borrowers need urgency and clarity. The page had to explain eligibility, fees, repayment, partner regulation, and the application process without slowing down conversion.

Implementation

What we implemented for the client.

We built a mobile-first finance funnel with application and calculator CTAs, M-Pesa proof, transparent fee promises, and a step-by-step process from details to cash.

Feature rationale

Application and calculator paths

Visitors can apply in five minutes or calculate repayment from the hero.

The client needed both urgent borrowers and cautious planners to have an immediate next step.

Trust and compliance strip

Business Daily, licensed partner, DPA compliance, tracker security, PSV and private acceptance are shown as credibility cues.

Finance products require reassurance before users share sensitive information.

Four written promises

Cash in two hours, one flat 5% fee, reducing balance, and named concierge support are made explicit.

The client wanted transparency to counter hidden-fee anxiety.

Localized payment proof

M-Pesa disbursement, Kenyan shilling amounts, and Nairobi proof points anchor the experience locally.

The product needed to feel native to the Kenyan market, not like a generic lending template.
Build notes
  • Reduced lending complexity into two primary actions: apply or calculate.
  • Used local financial trust markers throughout the page.
  • Made transparency a product feature, not a legal afterthought.
