1. Engagement
A Weblisite engagement starts when a 50% deposit is received and a signed scope is in place. Either party may terminate before kickoff.
2. Deliverables
We commit to a fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline in writing. Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.
3. Ownership & IP
On final payment, you receive full ownership of the code, designs, and infrastructure delivered under the engagement.
4. Warranties
We provide a 100% money-back guarantee if we miss the agreed delivery date by more than 7 days, subject to scope changes.
5. Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Weblisite is incorporated.
