  1. 01 · Discovery (Day 1)

    Strategy call

    60-minute call. We pressure-test the idea, agree on the smallest viable scope, and commit to a date and a price — in writing.

  2. 02 · Prototype (Day 2–3)

    Clickable prototype

    A Figma prototype that mirrors the real flows. You approve every screen before a line of code is written.

  3. 03 · Build (Day 4–12)

    Daily build sprint

    Loom updates every weekday. You watch the product come together, leave comments, ship feedback. We pair-program with you, not at you.

  4. 04 · QA (Day 13)

    Polish & deploy

    Lighthouse, axe-core, manual QA on every flow. We deploy to production and instrument analytics.

  5. 05 · Handover (Day 14)

    Keys to the kingdom

    Full code transfer, infra access, a recorded walkthrough, and 30–60 days of priority Slack support.
